Client Stories
What Our Clients Say
"Our ensuite went from a dated 1990s bathroom to something out of a design magazine. Chiney's team was meticulous — every tile perfectly aligned."
Jennifer M.
Rosedale, Toronto
"Fixed price, on schedule, zero surprises. The heated floors alone were worth every penny. We've already referred three neighbours."

Common Questions
FAQ
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A standard bathroom renovation typically takes 3–5 weeks from demo to completion. Larger ensuite projects can run 6–8 weeks. We give you a firm timeline before work begins.
Do I need a permit for a bathroom renovation in Toronto?
Most bathroom renovations involving plumbing or electrical changes require a permit. We handle all permit applications as part of our service — you don't need to do anything.
What does a bathroom renovation cost in Toronto?
A mid-range bathroom renovation in Toronto typically runs $25,000–$45,000. High-end ensuite projects with custom tile and premium fixtures range from $50,000–$90,000+. We provide a fixed-price quote after your consultation.
Can I use my bathroom during the renovation?
We'll discuss this during planning. For single-bathroom homes, we work to minimize downtime and can often sequence work to keep one bathroom functional.
